LATE ARRIVAL

 

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled and loss of your paid deposit.  A new appointment can be scheduled but please be aware than another deposit is required upon booking and payment in full on appointment.  

LATE CANCELLATIONS

 

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will cause a loss in paid deposit.  

COVID -19

We understand that in these times of uncertainty, there may be times when circumstances can change suddenly either due to requiring a test or having to self isolate.  Any covid related cancellations will be taken seriously and your deposit refunded.  

If you have to cancel due to a covid related incident then you will be unable to book an appointment untill your 2 week isolation period has come to an end, or you can provide a negative test result.

We understand these are trying times and we want you to be reassured that we would never keep a deposit for a covid related cancellation and the measures put in place are for both yours and our safety.

NO SHOWS

 

In the case of missing your appointment, you will lose your paid deposit for services.  Another appointment can be made which another deposit is required.  Two or more missed appointments will result in us no longer taking appointments for you under any circumstances and services will be refused.

HEALTH HISTORY

For your safety and our insurance purposes, you are required to complete a client consultation sheet to determine if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert the technician immediately.  Please be rest assured that all details stored when booking appointments and completing forms are kept in a lockable cupboard or in an ecrypted database in complience with GDPR Regulations. 

THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

 

We have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.  Abuse will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave.  Failure to do so will result in the police being called, in cases of any violent behavior we will press charges.
